Skate Like A Girl — Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of skatelikeagirl.hockey (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Skate Like A Girl is operated by Sean McHaffie, sole proprietor, based in British Columbia, Canada. Contact us at shoot@skatelikeagirl.hockey.
2. Products
All apparel is made to order. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to display differences. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time, including after an order is placed — in which case we’ll contact you before charging or shipping.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment details. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time you complete checkout is what you pay.
4. Order acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill — you’ll be notified and fully refunded if this happens.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, logos, brand marks, and site content are the property of Skate Like A Girl and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
6. User conduct
You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the Site or its underlying systems.
7. Limitation of liability
Skate Like A Girl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
