Skate Like A Girl — Return & Refund Policy

Every item at Skate Like A Girl is made to order. We print your piece specifically for you after you place your order, which lets us offer better fabrics and more design detail than stock inventory — but it also means we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind, or ordering the wrong size.

Before you order: Check the size chart on each product page carefully. Sizing on our garments follows the manufacturer’s chart, not standard retail sizing, so measure against a piece you already own rather than guessing your usual size.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• It arrives damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• Print quality is visibly flawed (misalignment, cracking, incorrect colors)

To request a replacement or refund:

Email shoot@skatelikeagirl.hockey within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the issue. We’ll get a replacement into production or issue a refund within 2 business days of approval.

What we can’t accept:

• Requests based on size or fit once the item has shipped (see sizing note above)

• Change-of-mind returns

• Items that have been worn or washed

Order cancellations: Because production starts shortly after you order, we can only cancel or modify an order within 12 hours of purchase. Email us immediately if you need to change or cancel — after production begins, the order is locked in.
