They meant "skate like a girl" as an insult. We made it the standard.

Skate Like A Girl Hockey exists for the players who actually fill the rinks: goaltenders holding a crease under 30 shots a game, forwards driving the net, and the kids lacing up for their first season. Walk into most hockey shops and the women's section is an afterthought. We build for the player, not the leftover rack.

What we make

Tees, crewnecks, hoodies and hats for players, goalies and the people cheering from the glass. The Fearless line is built around the goalie, the position that takes the most punishment and gets the least representation. Our kids' line is a real youth cut, not adult art shrunk onto a smaller shirt. And for the people who drive to every practice, there's Hockey Mom.

How it's made

Where we come from

We're based in Kelowna, home to a female minor hockey program that sent three teams to provincials in one season and brought home two golds and a silver. That's the caliber of hockey being built in our backyard, and it's exactly who this brand is for.
