Skate Like A Girl — Shipping Policy
Production time: Every order is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships — this is separate from transit time below.
Shipping — Canada: Orders ship from a Canadian production facility via [FILL IN: carrier name, e.g. Canada Post], typically arriving 3–7 business days after production is complete. Because your order is fulfilled and shipped within Canada, there are no customs duties or brokerage fees on domestic orders — the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Shipping — International: At this time, Skate Like A Girl ships within Canada only. International shipping is on our roadmap — check back or email us to be notified when it opens up.
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. If you haven’t received tracking within 6 business days of ordering, email shoot@skatelikeagirl.hockey.
Lost or delayed packages: We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package is in transit, but we will help you track down a lost package and file a claim on your behalf. Contact us and we’ll take it from there.
Order changes: Shipping addresses can be corrected within 12 hours of ordering, before production begins. Email us right away if you’ve entered the wrong address.
